After earning his Master’s Degree in Law at Parma University, he gained the professional license to serve in the Bar Association of Milan, where he currently operates.
Prior to founding Studio PCM together with his colleagues, Stefano Pieri and Massimo Chinelli, he gained significant and long-serving professional experience in several areas of operation, specializing primarily in assisting companies that operated in the fields of advertising and publishing, for which he followed various issues related to contracts, agents management, credit management, and related contentiousness.
Other than assisting companies, he also works with privates in the areas of civil law, and particularly in the areas of family and inheritance law, handling, in very close contact with clients, the various stages of controversies, including the search and realization of alternative resolution instruments, such as mediation and extra-judicial resolution.
