Massimo Chinelli operates primarily in the fields of civil law, with a special focus on commercial and company law related issues.
After earning his Master’s Degree in Law at Milan University, he gained significant and long-serving professional experience, even in the field of penal law. After gaining the professional license to serve in the Bar Association of Milan, he further specialized through additional post-graduate courses in the subjects he works with the most.
Prior to founding Studio PCM together with his colleagues, Stefano Pieri and Alberto Marletto, he gained significant and long-serving professional experience in cooperation with other lawyers.
He assists companies and privates judicially and extra-judicially, as well as in arbitrations and mediations, particularly in the fields of contract law, company law, rights in rem in immovable property, real estate and property law, inheritance law. He also operates in the fields of contractual, non-contractual, and professional liability.
Over the years, he gained experience particularly in the contentiousness area in the subject of product liability, assisting, among others, companies of the veterinarian and agricultural sectors.
Today, he primarily works with companies and privates in the field of real estate and property law.
He recently took the position of Honorary Judge in the penal sector, which adds to his professional and human background.
