Stefano Pieri operates primarily in the fields of civil, commercial, labor controversies, and property executions.
After earning his Master’s Degree in Law magna cum laude at Milan University, he further specialized through additional post-graduate courses and his works from this time have been published in numerous Italian legal journals.
Prior to founding Studio PCM together with his colleagues, Massimo Chinelli and Alberto Marletto, he gained significant and long-serving professional experience in cooperation with other lawyers.
He assists companies and privates judicially and extra-judicially, as well as in arbitrations and mediations, particularly in the fields of contract law, labor law, rights in rem in immovable property, real estate and property law and inheritance law. He also operates in the fields of contractual, non-contractual, and professional liability, as well as in controversies regarding agency agreements.
