Valentina Sciandra primarily operates in the areas of civil, commercial, and real-estate and property law, with particular attention to contract law, to the discipline of rights in rem, and to inheritance law, as well as to debt collection and executive procedures.
She earned her Master’s Degree in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in February of 2012.
Following her Master’s Degree in Law, she attended Notary School at the Milan Chamber of Notaries, and completed the notarial practice in October 2013.
She has also cooperated in the drafting of a formulary regarding partnerships, which is in the process of being published.
She gained the professional license to serve in the Bar Association of Milan, where she operates, cooperating with Studio PCM of which she has been a member since September 2014.
